I’ve seen many others attempt to solve this problem on various operating systems, this is the first one I’ve actually liked enough to keep. It’s fantastic! Don’t change a thing!

It will be cool if the app include copytext in some shell depends on it text or link or image. or sort depends on apps.
I’ve been using this app for a while and can say that it’s totally worth it. As a software developer I face a lot of cases when I need to copy some code snippets over and over, and this applications makes it like a charm. And all the attention put to the details here is unprecedentedly for an utility app. 5 out of 5.
This is a very simple but powerful tool to have. I can think of a lot of ways this will be helpful. I can make templets of things I want to find quickly and easily paste them where I choose. Well worth my purchase!
App is really great and useful. The only thing is missed – favorites. It would be great if you add easy-to-paste items.
This is a great software that can enhance your workflow. Tweak the settings to what works best for you, and soon you will see why it deserves 5 stars. For example, I use Option+Command V to bring “Paste” [this app] to focus. Since we all ready use command V to paste, I can copy and paste so smoothly. In addition, I enabled the “Enable Direct Paste” setting on the preferences window to help me with my workflow. One last nice thing I like that this software provides is the option to “strip formatted text styles.” If you just want everything you copy to be stripped of any text style, there is a setting for that. However, if you are like me, and prefer to paste things as they were copied, but sometimes use the strip version of a text, then do not enable the “Strip formatted text styles” setting, instead, just right click on any text that “Paste” has copied and you will be presented with options: Paste, Paste without styles, Share (Mail, Message, Tweeter, Things, etc..) and Delete. Again, if you prefer the keyboard, there are shortcuts for that. To the developer: Congratulations! Keep up the great work, it seems you have devoted great effort and skills to this software. It truly deserves to run on a mac. Wish List: Favorite Snippets, Option to paste multiple copied items all at once Dream :) : be able to paste HTML markup from regular text ala BBEdit’s Clippings or BlogAssist Thank you for taking the time to read this review and wishlist. Best of luck with your business!
Update: I never could use to it. Nothing against the developer but it’s just to different for me. Trying to get use to the interface. Not sure this is a keeper.
Excellent clipboard manager. Such a contrast to some of the more traditional takes on this concept. Plenty of eyecandy here. I wish there was a preference to flip the way the horizontal list scrolls at the bottom; for some reason, I always look for my newest copied items at the right… but they are on the left. Maybe it’s just me. Regardless, great work on this!
Paste is the best clipboard manage tool I used. I had recmmeded this app to my 40,000 subscribers in China.
Great design and functionality. I often copy text, forget about it, then copy over it. Paste has been a great tool to allow me copy many things and always have them available in my clipboard history. A feature that would make paste even better is the ability to edit previously copied text and a scratchpad.
I love it, I have 0 complaints and highly HIGHLY recommend it.
Unless I’m missing something, accessing paste alternatives is very inconvenient. Outside of the five previews visible along the bottom of the screen, keyboard arrow keys are needed to individually bring other pasteboards on screen. The screen shots above show something in the top part of the screen. These somethings are not part of the Paste app. There is a search field, but that’s not generally useful for me. IMO Copyem Paste is much better choice. For most of my work I use LaunchBar and myClippings.
The interface of Paste is a huge improvement over those of older clipboard managers. It simultaneously shows you what you can paste (including a handful of previous items in your history) and what you’re pasting into. My only complaint is that the performance is a bit slow. I end up waiting just a little too long before the interface pops up. Still, Paste is the best clipboard manager out there.
I don’t write reviews often, it takes a truly wonderful or truly terrible app for me to do so. This is the former. The user experience is easy and intuitive and somewhat customizable. The user interface looks amazing and fits well with native Apple design. Only qualm I have: When copying vectors there’s no preview of it in the app itself as it does with images. Overall a MUST HAVE utility for your mac. Particularly helpful for creative endeavors like design or writing.
This is a nice little app. I do feel that the full screen nature of it is a little too much of a distraction and interferes with a users work flow. It’s attractive and does what it should but if you’re a heavy user of the clipboard and need to get things done quickly and efficiently, this is probably not the app for you.
The app has nice feature and useful function, especially the daily work facilitation, I like the app to enhance my productivity. Beside the app has 70% off recently, sweet price!
Beautiful UI, I have been using another clipboard manager that has a few other tools which make it great, I just really like the UI of this.
Just what I was looking for. So easy to navigate with the provided shortcut. As a suggestion, in order to quickly navigate and paste items, It’d be nice to see a UI similar to the App Quick Switching activated by the CMD + Tab shortcut. The current navigation is fine, but is kindda slow for quick pasting. Other than that, this is a great product.
Under OS X 10.9.5, Paste doesn’t work with MBA 2014 and MBP 2010. With MBP and external ACD 30”, Paste works on the external cinema display but not on the MBP LCD. Paste works fine on Mac Mini 2012/ ACD 30” and MBA 2014 running OS X 10.10. … has poetnial to be very useful. _______________________________________________ Developer provided a quick work around for OS X 10.9.5. Great customer support!
As others have said, you do not know you need this until you use it! Just need an iOS app that syncs via iCloud and then this will be the best yet!
